Advance Energy acquires and develops oil and gas producing assets in the United States of America.

We focus on

• identifying assets with development and/or exploration potential
• acquiring these assets at a competitive price
• realising extra value from them by reinterpreting existing data and further development

When producing assets are acquired, we aim to increase production by workovers and ongoing enhancement of the producing wells. It is our aim to invest in and trade producing properties to maximise returns on funds invested.

We have a portfolio of producing assets with identified exploration upside in Texas.

We will fund our proposed portfolio accumulation by a combination of equity, debt, the reinvestment of cash flow and the proceeds from the periodic divestment of properties.

We undertake all operations and hold all USA assets through our fully-owned US subsidiary, Advance Exploration & Production, Inc ("AEPI").
