Advance Energy Limited - Prospectus Notice / Disclaimer

Advance Energy Limited ACN 111 823 762 ("Advance") lodged a prospectus ("Prospectus") with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission ("ASIC") on 1 June 2010. This has since been replaced by a prospectus lodged with ASIC on 22 June 2010 (“Replacement Prospectus”).

Please read this notice and disclaimer in order to view the Replacement Prospectus.

The Replacement Prospectus relates to the offer of up to 71,747,088 Shares each at an offer price of $0.01 (“the Offer”).

The Offer described in the Replacement Prospectus is available to persons receiving the electronic version of this Replacement Prospectus. Securities in Advance will only be issued on the basis of a printed application form issued together with the Replacement Prospectus.
