We have appointed Hibernia Resources LLC, an experienced oil and gas exploration and production manager based in Houston Texas, to act for us in the identification, assessment and upon acquisition, management of exploration and production projects.
Hibernia Resources will also provide professional and administrative services to our fully-owned US subsidiary, Advance Exploration & Production, Inc ("AEPI").
